Question for U.K. mamas 🇬🇧
What kinds of things do NHS hospitals provide for labour, delivery and postpartum. Most videos I’ve seen are American and talk about their hospital providing numbing spray, ice packs, big mesh underwear and pads etc. But haven’t found recent U.K. based videos or stories and I want to at least have an idea of what to expect before my December due date ☺️
