I didn't use that exact one but I've used others that gave only 4 periods a year. It didn't really change anything for me..only side effects was spotting randomly until my body got used to it.

I haven't tried this specific brand before but I didn't like it the one I tried anyways. It was the same type and it made me have a lot of break through bleeding.
