Birth control

Please don't get on my case about this, I've been going through a lot and simply just need opinions. So I missed my pill three days ago, I'm pretty sure I took it two nights ago, and I took it last night. I had sex today, should I be ok? My pill says it takes 48 hours to work. Yes I know this is bad I'm usually good at taking it on time but like I said I'm going through a lot.
