Cramps 34 weeks pregnant

So for the past 4 days i have been having non stop contractions i went to the hospital 4 days ago was monitored over night my cervix didn’t change at all but now here it is day 5 and I’m having period cramps which is painful they are not contractions just feel like I’m about to come on my period i see my doctor Tuesday should i just wait it out?
