Cieling cracks 😖

Any one know what would cause this?? Trying to hold out on moving but it seems like every few weeks something is wrong with our rental all of a sudden 😂some one grant me patience. Yes we’ve alerted the property management but our lease says we are not allowed to fix any thjng we just have to wait on them to do it
