I keep wanting to go back to the relationship cause I can’t let go I know it sounds dumb but I don’t know what’s wrong with me...

Honestly, you cut all ties with that person. 
-Delete / Block that person : don’t stalk their social media, don’t go looking for closure, don’t keep texting that person or trying to see if they have moved on. Don’t try to see if they still care or what they are doing every day. 
-focus on yourself : start doing things that make you happy and will get your mind off that person / relationship ... what are things you like to do? That make you happy? That can distract you ?

You need to remove access to that person. Block/delete their number, block on social media, etc. Do not hang out with common friends for a while and stay away from places that you may run into the ex at. Time and space is what you need. Keep busy.

Get a new man! Lol that helps alot even if its not for a serious thing.. Just a friend to hang out with and occupy your time until you forget all about him. Time is really the only way to get over someone but it is harder to do it alone... Haha
