We've tried all of these but I feel like it's only on my terms so I'm making him something to where if he picks one out, I can't say no even if I'm not in the mood, Im into rough play so I don't mind if I'm not in the mood because I also get in the mood once he tries to start it.

I’m confused what this is for - like he gets to pick a number, or things you haven’t tried but want to? Try a sensory one - like hot wax and ice cubes, or incorporating food like whipped cream or chocolate if you’re into that. If you do food just don’t put it anywhere it shouldn’t go. Like whipped cream is fine to go on your boobs or down your stomach, but no genitalia or you could get infections. 
Depending on how adventurous you are, add different places on there too (keeping in mind the law and to be cautious with it). Car sex is fun, same with outdoor sex or in a bar bathroom.
