Really angry over everything. Why

Today's not a good day. I woke up pissed off and I'm still mad. Over everything and anything. I haven't had a period in 4 years and I got off depo in August. Could this be really bad pms it doesn't usually do this to me? I mean really mad. I'm not usually like this.

I had sex 2 days ago and I'm still in my fertile window as the app says. But we've been trying for a baby for over a month. I don't know if it's hormones or how to fix it I'm going crazy.
