Dangerous 7 year old

EDIT: I have already put in my two weeks

I watch this kid who has ADHD and a sensory disorder and his parents use it to excuse a lot of his behavior. He has tried multiple times to hurt his baby brother who just turned one and won’t even let him touch him and he has tried strangling me, stabbing me with a pencil, he is constantly throwing things at me and screaming at me and will only do things if he gets rewards like if he does 1 page of homework he gets 30 min of Minecraft time. I am not sure what to do anymore. Is this behavior normal for some kids? Will he eventually grow out of it? How do I handle this? Just an FYI he still won’t wipe his own bottom, he still wets the bed, and he is not a fan of many animals besides cats and his grandmothers dogs 👀
