What is this a scar or wart?

I got hit and dragged by a car back in July and it tore me up pretty good.

My fingers on my right hand got really deep pits in them from being dragged across the gravel

They are pretty much healed now and scarred up, except my middle finger has this bump on it. At first I thought it was a blister but when I tried to pop it, nothing came out.

I honestly don't think it's a wart but i have no idea what it could be and it's bothersom. Google isn't really giving me any answers either.

What do you think it could be? Wart? Scar tissue?

Will it go away?
