Should I ovulate soon?TMI warning.

Hi! I am 4months (not breastfeeding) pp, I’m not looking to conceive but I’m also not looking to be on birth control, I am trying to track my cycles and let my body be without any sort of hormones like birth control since we will want more kids in maybe 18 months we will ttc again potentially .. I had bleeding around sept 11th. But now I have these LH tests, I have been basically (tmi) dripping out ewcm, when I wipe it’s just a lot.

Top one is yesterday night the bottom is tonight.

How should I interpret this, thanks ladies!
