Do you tell people when you have diarrhea

Only asking because in the last week, I’ve had two people tell me about their diarrhoea and I’ve ever told a soul when I have it.

My sister called to tell me she took a zinc tablet and it caused her “explosive diarrhoea”

And then I asked my father in law “how are you” and he responded with “I’m unwell I’ve had diarrhoea all day”.

Does anyone else get this from their relatives?
