Losing hope 😢😭😭

I’m around 4 weeks 4 days found out I’m pregnant then started lightly bleeding with very light cramps got my HcG drawn and it was only 22 went back two days later and it was only 24 😢 I went into the ER with bad side pain 3 hours after my HcG was drawn they did blood again and it was 28 they did a vaginal ultrasound to make sure it wasn’t in my tubes and they saw a potential gestational sac in the uterus but I don’t have hope that it will stick as my HcG is low and slow rising 😭 we have been trying for almost 3 years and only got pregnant once 2.5 years ago and it ended in miscarriage also 😭 I wish that somehow it would turn out ok but I doubt it. Has anyone ever gone through this?
