Which Iud do you suggest for postpartum?

Im trying to decide which Iud to get at my 6 week pp check up. Which one do you have and do you like it? If you do like it just take a poll and if you don't and don't mind sharing why please comment.

My cousin had paragard, it doesn't have any hormones in it and she liked it. I'm going to get one after I have another baby.  They work for up to 10 years.

I got mirena, and I personally didn’t like it, it just wasn’t for my body .. it gave me bad cramps and I was constantly bleeding/spotting for like 7 months straight .. however my bestfriend has had it and loves it .. it works amazing for her, gives her no problems and defffff has prevented her from having more kids. I’ve also heard a ton of good things about mirena as well though lol. But the pill just happens to be what works best for me
