BLEEDING TRIGGER WARNING!!! I’ve notice I’ve been bleeding but I didn’t think anything of it, last night and this morning is the first time it’s gotten this dark, should I call the clinic?

Definitely go get checked out. I bled a lot with my first. After the first or second time it happened they told me whenever you wear a pad, if it fills up in an hour, go to hospital immediately. Other than that spotting is sometimes normal.
