Choroid plexus cyst and EIF on 18 week ultrasound

I am freaking out! We had our anatomy scan at 18 weeks 4 days and doctor said the scan picked up a cyst on the brain and also EIF (echogenic intracardiac focus).

She didn’t seem concerned as everything else looks good. I will see her again in 4 weeks at which point she said we could schedule another ultrasound.

Naturally, I am freaking out as I am reading that these are markers for Down syndrome/trisomy. My nuchal test was also ok.

Please, has anyone else gone through this and was your baby ok?
