Macro Ratio

What is generally a good macro ratio for losing weight but also wanting to build muscle and tone? I’ve been researching but I also wanted to reach out and see what you fitness ladies or men (I forget some of you are on this app too haha) can tell me. I know I’ll need to tweak and tailor it to fit me, but just in general. I’ve been using a more balanced macro ratio but I feel like I’m stuck. Any help or suggestions, ideas are very welcome! 😁
