No sperm in semen analysis

So our fertility doctor called with my husbands results. She said there was no sperm in his semen analysis 😭😢😢. Has this happened to any of your men? I’m confused. The doctor called and gave me his results I told her to call my husband and give the results to him also. I feel so bad. I’m hoping this is treatable. I don’t want him feeling like a failure, this is horrible. I called my husband when I got off the phone with her and told him that our doctor will be calling him. I couldn’t even tell him what the call was about because I wanted to cry and didn’t want him to be embarrassed. But she sent me some paperwork for him to get some more lab tests done. I’m really hoping it’s something simple as lifestyle changes and nothing too major and permanent. Please God he is an amazing man who works so hard please don’t let this be a downfall, please 🙏
