Should I be concerned at all?

I feel stupid asking, but I had a (successful) version today, and baby is head down now!! Right after I had a cervical check, and while I usually spot after, I’m actually spotting quite a bit. Of course I’m in pain, but really the spotting is the most concerning to me, they told me it was normal unless it’s like a period. Well, it looks like the end of my period. I’m sorry it’s so gross but does this look normal? Just forgot to add: I’m 37 weeks. Another note, as I previously stated I DID just have a procedure done to turn my baby, I really just wasn’t expecting this much blood to be honest so it kind of freaked me out. I’m not in severe pain or anything and baby is moving just fine. I think I’ll just monitor the spotting for now.
