Jealous of boyfriends female friend

So my boyfriend of 2 months has a female friend from high school coming to visit him tonight. I’ve been in many abusive relationships which involved cheating. This guy is great and would never do that. I still feel jealous and scared. I was so mad when he first told me (over text) which I realize is wrong. What do I do? I know I’m just being insecure but I don’t know how to handle it. I’m so messed up over this. I hate that I would feel this way about him, he’s honestly super amazing.
