Conflicting research/opinion?

We are entering our fifth cycle of ttc and I keep seeing conflicting information. A lot of websites say that the average couple conceives within six cycles, but many also say it takes most up to a year. I like to think it’s right around the corner for us, but maybe we aren’t even halfway there yet? 😖 I know it’ll happen “when it’s supposed to” but I’m just curious as to what to believe here? Help a sister out?! What do you think? What was your experience?
