Tired of them thinking I'm available 24/7

I co-own a small company and we have set times that we pay our staff. Every now and again someone will need to be paid earlier and that's fine... If it's during the week. I have one member who constantly always only asks AFTER office hours to be paid, like I have no life? He'll try calling, he'll message, etc. for hours on end no matter what I'm trying to do in my personal time. I advised the other co-owner to please tell them that as of next week, no payments will be made after hours but still, I just think it's so rude to expect me to just be available to hop on my phone or computer to make a payment out of the scheduled time.
