How do I leave

We have a 4 month old baby but I fully take care of the baby. Baby and I usually stay in the bedroom all day or go and her room and play with her toys and mat. We don’t use the living as that’s where my fiancé has been sleeping since beginning of October. He doesn’t do anything for our baby, and he only wants to be involved with her when my family is over other then that he don’t do Shit. I want to walk away because ik he don’t care about either of us. Last week I got a Uhaul truck and packed up our things and he took the baby car seat and locks it in his car so that I can’t leave I had to call the police but he left before they came so I had to order a new car seat online Britax car seats are expensive. So now the car seat has arrived and I just want to go because I been stuck here because baby didn’t have car seat now I try to leave and he block drive way I called the police and he zooms off with the bag I had all her bottles and formula in. So now my baby has no bottles or formula so I have to go purchase all new bottles and formula and go before he comes back the police was no help just told me he wasn’t there so was nothing they could do it’s my home that’s in my name but I rather he keep it long as me and my kid can safely get out.
