You’re only 4 weeks. Ultrasound will be when dr wants one done. Call them and ask. Most likely 8-12 weeks

Depends where you're from but here my first ultrasound was at 11 weeks for generic testing purposes. If you usually have regular periods then they don't need a dating scan to know due date.

Congratulations ! 
I mean technically you can get one any time ... But agreed with the other posts around 8 weeks is when docs recommend because you're more likely to see the gestational sac and yolk sac/fetal pole/hb. It's exciting ! I went early because of some health things and didn't see a yolk sac which caused sooooo much anxiety. Went back at 8 weeks and saw it so that's another thing to consider. Take your prenatal vitamins, eat nutritious foods and drinks and give yourself lots of TLC! Start teaching yourself about pregnancy things , read up, watch videos, etc. It's an exciting time 😍
