Thursday i went into the hospital because i wasnt feeling well and baby wasnt moving when i got there not only my heart rate was high but the babies was to she started to move when I got more calmed down after a few hours in the hospital i was clear to go i was having contractions the whole time but i was only 1 cm dilated still..i have been moving as much as I can walking around the house and even dancing a little even sex but nothing seems to help move things along ill be 40 weeks on Tuesday it is now Saturday I am still having contractions but not consistent any advice on what to do to help move things along
