Anyone dealing with extreme spd😫 I am 38 and for almost 2 weeks now my pain been getting worst n worst and my dr says it's normal. I can move from side to side. I feel like my vagina will rip apart 🙄 the only thing I am worried abt is birth !!! I can handle this now but I'm scared that when its time for labor and I'll get an epidural I might hurt my self . Specially when they make u push n put legal to chest. I heard ita dangerous!! Anyone has spd and gave birth easily n recovered
