Second Baby Timing??

We have a 13 month old daughter right now. We have always wanted our children to be close in age like me and my siblings are. We always thought, when our daughterturns 2, then we will start trying for our second baby. But lately we've been talking about it earlier than before. I've also been having dreams about being pregnant the last few nights.
What are people's thoughts on when to have baby #2?

Mine are almost 5 years apart. We knew we were ready when our oldest was 3 but we didn’t conceive for 14mo. It was a blessing, either way. I wouldn’t be worried about missing time with your oldest because you’ll bond through the new baby as well. The first time your youngest smiles at/laughs at your oldest, you’ll feel like everything is alright in the world. 🖤

I got pregnant when my daughter was 13m. We now have a newborn and 22m old. Not going to lie our house is nuts! Our toddler is pretty independent but she still gets into stuff all the time so it’s been hard watching her and trying to feed/bond with baby. If I knew how everything was going to go I probably would’ve waited at least another 6m to try. We started trying when our daughter was 13m only because we had a previous loss and didn’t know if we would have trouble conceiving but we got pregnant the first try 🤦‍♀️

I found out I was pregnant with my son on my daughter’s first birthday. 19 months worked out, they now are 3 1/2 and he will be 2 in a month. They finally play together (and fight) and it’s actually been a lot of fun.

We were going for a bit after kiddo turned two so they be 2yrs and 9months a part basically (had a month we where trying for). Anyways that didn't happen so they will be 3yrs and 2months a part. We wanted close in age not a huge gap.
