Breastfeeding pain with 2 week old

Ive checked each and every latch but almost every time my baby goes to breast I’m in a lot of pain for the first minute.

Like I’m crying out in pain, and it never goes away just goes down a bit through out her feeding.

She’s also only feeding maybe 6-12 minutes per breast.

But she is feeding almost every hour on the hour, which isn’t helping the pain.

She’s having plenty of diapers a day but I’m not sure about her weight gain.

Have any other mommas gone through this and have any advice to keep going? It’s driving me insane.
