I’ve been breastfeeding/pumping for almost 9 months now and I’m getting clogs now. Literally nothing has changed in my pumping schedule to cause this and I pump for 25-30 minutes each time so I know they’re emptied. I’ve been trying to get a clogged duct out of my right boob since yesterday morning and now I have another one in my left. I’ve tried everything it seems and they won’t budge. I had mastitis when my boy was 2 weeks old and I’m terrified to get it again. Help!
