Am I crazy or two fetal heartbeats?

Question

Had my first ultrasound on Oct.15 (6 weeks 3 days) and one baby with heart rate 126. Today, I used my Doppler at home and on both sides of my pelvic bone I hear heartbeats. One running about 128 and the other 136. What is going on, should I be worried?

They would've noticed a second sac or heartbeat w the ultrasound , your most likely hearing or  your own or the existing babies heartbeat.

Your probably picking up either your heartbeat, the cords pulse your your placenta. There’s a lot of blood flow going on down there that can mimic the sound of a heart beat.

First of all, a handful of ladies on here had a missed twin during their early ultrasounds. US showed one baby and missed the second. 
Secondly, you can hear the heartbeat from the cord and the placenta. It sounds a little bit differently than the actual baby. My midwife shows me the heartbeat from different places and lets me hear the difference.

Only one baby. You likely picked up placenta or even the baby again, their heart rate goes up and down
