WTH is going on

Currently 18 days late and no period and BFN I keep doing the tests and checking and I have all the symptoms of pregnancy sleepy hunger nausea sore breasts but only on the sides bloated and a weird watery brown red “spotting” for 24 hours and still no answer due to covid in a small town they are limited to taking in patience. Here are some pics of my last tests unaltered any thoughts please ??????
