Eczema??

Question

Is this eczema? She’s bathed daily and has been using the same soap and lotion since she was born, also same laundry detergent. It wouldn’t be an allergic reaction as she’s not on solids yet, literally nothing has changed. It’s all on her back except for one spot on her chest.

Looks just like eczema, my middle son has it really bad along with food allergies (usually a good cause for eczema) I’d ask your pediatrician if they can recommend a low dose steroid and we use aquaphor ointment at every diaper change for him.  His allergist and dermatologist recommend bathing every day.

Babies should t be bathed daily as this can dry out their skin. So yes, it’s most likely eczema . Stick with a good lotion like cerave and cetaphil and only bathe her 2-3x a week.

Looks like my older sisters eczema. 
And you should not bath her daily. That's gonna dry out her skin and make the eczema worse
