How do you do it? ðŸ˜
Honestly, how do you do it? I have a one month old, and he fusses and cries if I’m not holding him basically all day. I can only get him to lay on his play gym/mat for about 15 minutes while I sit with him and tummy time for maybe 5 minutes before he’s over it. It’s not gas (I’ve already talked to his pediatrician), he literally just wants to be held. I’ve tried getting him to nap in his crib during the day, his bassinet, a rock n play, or just to be occupied in his swing but he just gets so fussy unless I hold him. I literally can’t get anything done. I don’t have time to go to the bathroom or eat, let alone get any laundry or dishes done (or even take a shower). My husband just went back to work so I feel like I need to take on more (at the very least, taking on most of the night wake ups with the baby and still trying to do my fair share of the chores around the house so he doesn’t have EVERYTHING to do after working a whole day), but the baby just doesn’t let me. I don’t know what to do, I can’t just let him cry while I go do other things.
I should also say, my husband does the cooking and ALL yard/outdoor work while helping keep the house clean, laundry and dishes done, etc. I just don’t want all this to fall on him when I’m home all day. Please help me 😠how do you make it work?
