Fussiness?

I feel silly for even writing this but I just have to. My little girl has been SO fussy for the last few days. She is almost 20 weeks and we have made it through the sleep regression( still not napping well but sleeping great at night) and we are only 5-6 days away from the end of leap 4 (I realized this can vary in length). I know she is teething but she is just overly cranky and just seems unhappy for about half of the time she is awake. She used to be such a happy girl except when she was tired or hungry but now even if everything should be ok(has just eaten, clean diaper, not tired), she cries. Can I just chalk this up to a developmental milestone or? Anyone else’s LO get like this around that age?
