Naturally inducing labor?

I’m 36 weeks 5 days. I go to get checked again tomorrow. But a week ago I was 3.5 cm dilated/70% effaced/ -1. I am miserable. Anyone have any ways to kickstart labor?? My husband & I have been taking walks & having sex as well.

38 n 1 day tomm when caan i ask for a sweep im over this podromal labor 3 wks.im seriously about to lose it i dont know what sleep is..or how do i go about getting help from my dr??sorry guys im just beyond exauhsted

Oh following!!! 
I'm 37 weeks and 2 days and got the all clear to naturally induce and we have been having sex and doing walks OB also cleared me to try pumping for 15 min increments i only went from 3 cm to 3.5cm in a week and really want this baby out!!!

Same here👋🏻 My doctor done the membrane sweep and I am cramping too much and I feel my tummy hard like a wood. She done that yesterday but still nothing🙊
