Blurry vision?

Yesterday I went to the post office and it was extremely hot in there, I was in line for exactly an hour! So at some point my vision started to get real blurry specially on my left eye! It eventually went away

Today I got home after my appointment and started making lunch, I got the same blurry vision and it hasn’t gone away! Idk what to do to make it go away it’s really frustrating :/

Could this be a pregnancy thing? I’ve never had this happen before ever in my life, even with my long history of fainting lol

And now my head feels tense :/
