Beautiful confusing estate agent

Right so here goes, I (23F) met this estate agent (28M) whilst looking for my new flat and got on super well with him. Not going to lie I was blown away he is so attractive and has a great personality. Anyway after I had moved into my new flat he would still message me from time to time. A month ago he asked me for coffee. I went and it was all really lovely no physical boundaries crossed. I get the impression he is super career focused and always busy with work as he is super shit at replying. Like hours. He asked me for coffee last week however when I asked when he hasnt responded. Is he interested or really shit at texting? I keep getting mixed signals and its driving me nuts.
