Where did she get the screw...? No f***ing idea, but we are renovating the house so I can only assume it was from that. Of course she finds the one outlet without a safety plug and does this.

I freaked out and screamed, which terrified her and she immediately started crying. She wasn't shocked thank goodness but just seeing her poking it in made me die inside.

My husband always rolls his eyes at my insistence in using the safety plugs. Needless to say I feel VALIDATED in using them!!!
