He didn’t save the ultrasound photos

Ok so my fiancé and I went to our first ultrasound last weekend and instead of printing the pictures they sent a link to see the pics online. The text was just sent to myself so I saved the pics and sent them to my partner.

I asked him later that day if he saved the pics and he said no because he was doing something right after I sent them

Two days later I asked him again and he hadn’t saved them. I got upset so he saved them.

It’s annoying because why do I have to force him to save them ? I feel like he doesn’t even care that much.

He literally had so many pics of his ex on his phone for a year of our relationship yet he can’t save three pics of his baby?

Am I overrating ?
