Unisom & b6 for nausea
So i had extreme nausea and vomiting all day every day so i started taking unisom and b6 before bed and it helps so much. but can i take b6 with my prenatals which also has b6 in it? i usually take all 3 at night. just curious because i’ve heard sometimes you shouldn’t get too much of one vitamin.
