Weird bump-inner upper thigh

So it’s just this one. It’s painless, unless I press really hard or move it to the side. It’s been there for like 2 weeks, but it started off really really small I thought it was just an ingrown hair. Now it’s big and purple (don’t mind the hair or my skin recovering from some serious chafing) and idk what it is. I’ve looked at a bunch of Stis and the closest thing is molluscum conagiosum. Any ideas ladies?
