So confused

Hi all, so I know implanting can happen up until 12 DPO. I’m 11 DPO and I’m currently on cycle day 29 and most of my cycles are 28-30 days. There is no sign of AF. I have no cramping or any of my normal PMS symptoms. I normally get sore breasts but the weird thing is, my breasts are not sore at all however my nipples are extremely sensitive and have been for the last few days.

I keep getting a BFN on my tests, but normally I feel as though I would have signs of AF by now. Any thoughts ? I don’t know what to think. Has this happened to anyone before a BFP?
