Soap in baby's eye?

Tonight my husband took my son for a shower and used the hello bello shampoo (it says its tear free) well bubs got some soap in his eye and my husband quickly tried to rinse it out but he was so upset. We got him out and it looks a bit irritated but im not sure if that was from my husband's trying to get it out or what. We got him smiling and laughing after his shower so it didn't seem to "hurt" him too bad from what I could tell...will baby be okay?
