Collecting colostrum
Hi ladies I’ve been trying to find more information on collection colostrum before having baby’s and just haven’t found anything as to why it’s done, benefits and how it’s done whether pumped or manually expressed?
I’m interested in doing it but I’m not sure if theres much point?
