Tips on iui?

Question

Alright so we are moving forward with iui paired with clomid for this coming cycle. Anyone want to share their experiences? Brownie points if it worked the first time for you. Also if any of your iui worked for you, will you please share if you did anything extra like eating pineapple ect?
My fertility coordinator and ob wants to do iui due to my husband's SA results after being on Anastrozle for 4 months now. We do have a male factor.

I just had my first IUI today!🤞🙏 if you have any questions I can definitely try and answer them. I used letrozole from cycle day 3-7. And I have a blocked right tube so hopefully it grabs onto a left follicle!

I had success on my first IUI. It was literally the least stressful month/cycle I had because I just left it in the doctors hands and knew it would be a toss up, I didn’t have expectations. I did Clomid, had 2 follicles. My uterine lining was on the thin side on CD 11 at a monitoring ultrasound. I started estrogen vaginally twice a day to thicken, which did its job because two days later I was good to go. Trigger shot CD 13 and did the IUI 36 hours later. I didn’t drink that cycle, I did put pineapple core in my smoothies daily and tested positive 12 dpiui, confirmed with blood 13 dpiui.
