Anatomy ultrasound !! PLEASE ANSWER !!

So I had my ultrasound done at a different location from my obgyn because thats where they sent me, so the lady that was doing my ultrasound said she couldn’t answer any questions bc she wasnt my obygn so after my ultrasound i had an appointment with my obgyn and well she didn’t had the pictures of the ultrasound so basically I have no idea if my baby is measuring good, if everything looks good and my next appt. with my obgyn is in 2 weeks but it find it super unprofessional from my obgyn to not call me to say everything looks good and we can go over in detail on my next appt. am i over exaggerating or is that how it works? like i think if something was wrong she wouldve call me but i still think she couldve given me a quick call just to make sure everything is ok, she knows im a first time mom.
