When baby cries, AFTER using Ferber method
We used the Ferber method when my son was about 5.5 months old and after just a few days he was able to self-soothe and sleep through the night.
He is now 6.5 months old and there have been a couple times here and there where he’s woken up crying in the night. I never know how long I’m supposed to leave him... I don’t want to go in immediately and reverse his ability to self-soothe (is that possible?) but I also don’t want to let him cry if something is actually wrong.
Can someone explain to me what you’re supposed to do AFTER the Ferber method?
