Blood in discharge after sex?

Hey ladies! My boyfriend and I have been having kinda rough sex the past 2 days and after I went pee today I wiped and saw a little bit of blood in clear discharge. I am on the pill and take it at the same time everyday and he puts a condom on and finishes in the condom. Sometimes we start without a condom but finish with a condom. I had my period a week ago so I’m confused on if this is implantation bleeding or what’s going on? When we had sex today it was a little painful so I have no idea. Someone please help me I’m so anxious. :(
