What to ask for in POSTNUPTIAL?

Long story short, my husband is willing to redraft our postnup to my satisfaction and specifications.

I am a housewife. I will request:

- All of our investment properties and the income from it.

- Alimony (although I don’t know how much, 30% of his income? Open to suggestions). How long?

- He can be granted our primary residence.

- All other marital assets can be split.

- Should it be X% for X years followed by Y% for Y years to take into account the likelihood of me going back to school full time post divorce?

Edit: I will go to a lawyer. I would just like some ideas first.
