Postpartum clots

I’m 9 days postpartum and bleeding had basically stopped as of yesterday.

Today I noticed the bleeding picked back up after doing some housework and then pumping.

Took a nap and when I woke up I had a clot around the size of a golf ball, maybe a little bigger and some cramping.

An hour later the bleeding has stopped again.

I called the hospital to speak to the nurses and they said it can be normal as long as I’m not soaking though a pad an hour and not feeling dizzy or nauseous.

I can’t help but still feel worried though.

Anyone else experience large clots more than a week postpartum and were told it’s normal?
